Customers are strongly encouraged to read and understand the following terms and conditions prior to placing order. Please kindly contact us if any misinformation or discrepancy on our listing for further clarification. Placing order shall mean that customers have read, understood and agreed on our terms and conditions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Amex, Diners Club and KHQR.

We operate from Monday until Saturday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM (Cambodia Time | GMT+7) except Sunday and public holidays.
We try our best to process your order within 48 hours of working day.
We offer delivery service in Phnom Penh for free or for an affordable rate as below:

For recipients in provinces, we offer delivery service to the nearest logistic agent for free of charge. However, customers are responsible for forwarding fee from Phnom Penh to assigned delivery address in provinces. Please kindly contact us if your preferred logistic choice is not listed below:

For recipients in oversea, please kindly contact us prior to placing order due to different import regulations of respective countries.

We understand that personal emergency or changing in plan may to some extent affect your order decision. Customers may cancel the order at least 48 hours prior to delivery date without any cost. Otherwise, ten percent (10%) of the total order amount will be deducted for admin and bank fee when processing the refund.
Refund shall be managed by bank partner(s); therefore, processing period may vary.

We at our best provide key product specification on our listing. In case there is any misinformation or unintentional discrepancy, customers shall return the product with its original condition on the same date upon receiving the products (from our delivery member or from a logistic agent) and we will make full refund upon receiving and inspecting the products.
However, if customers would like to return any product due to different taste preferences, damage in quality or packaging caused by personal storage or logistic agents, we reserve the rights not to accept the product return from and make refund to customers.
